SDHC class 4 memory cards.

Could anyone tell me if SDHC class 4 memory cards are OK for use with a Sony HDR-CX305 hi-def camcorder? I am concerned about dropped frames when using HI-DEF i.e. 17MB per second. I know that class 10 cards cards are faster, but too expensive.
