My photo frame DPF-E72N will not power on. I have tried all the usual - reset, on/off.etc Is it "dead"?

If it is not responding at all, then there may be some sort of internal failure and the best course of action may depend upon the amount of time that you have had the photo frame.
If you have had it for less than 12 months, it may be repairable under the manufacturer's warranty. The best thing to do is contact Sony Customer Services who will be able to advise you on what to do - warranty or otherwise. The phone number is 0844 8466 555.
