Focus issues

Hi 

I have a A7ii with a E mount to A mount adapter 

A mount lenses Sony 70-400, Tamron 150-600 and a Sony 16-35 all of a sudden I am experiencing focus issues very slow to lock focus hard to explain even when it does attain focus not sharp

has anyone any ideas?

Does this happen with all lenses? Does it happen on the latest software version (for both the camera and the lenses - if it can be updated)?
