Cannot load films to iMac

Hey! I have a new ZV-E10. I can't load films by cable to my iMac Ventura 13.4. Photos will load perfect.

Any ideas how to do?

It seems impossible. If you can access to your flash memory, you can access to your clips in the same way.

Are you sure you are looking on the right folder of videoclips?

Hello @Plywoodstierna, as per the Sony website, the Mac computer requires an Intel Core Duo processor or better to support AVCHD video. I also came across this link: https://www.sony.com.sg/electronics/support/articles/00015661
