Bluetooth 2.01 upgrade.- Sony A1

My Bluetooth was working fine when on the previous version (1.32). I’ve upgraded to 2.01 and now receive the Bluetooth malfunction action error. Sony are saying hardware error however all was fine before the upgrade. Anyone else have the same issue or how to fix.

Yes, I have already done that, and once even with the Sony support hotline! I have now received an email stating that I should send in my camera because it appears to be a hardware issue. Honestly, I am stunned! I own one of Sony’s top models, and after a firmware upgrade, the Bluetooth module no longer works, even though it worked perfectly fine before. Additionally, there seem to be other users experiencing similar problems! Please fix this issue ASAP! I use this camera to earn money, not to send it to Sony for an indefinite period.

Have you tryed SonyPro support? (I suppose that as a PRO you are registered)

Yes I contacted them....and after 3rd time they ignored me and want me to sent it in for >1k repair on my own cost.
This is unacceptable and a shame.

yes with 2.01 and with 2.02 many many times without luck....
