xperia 5 iv - slow motion video

Hi guys i have been using xperia 5 iv for the past 5 months. Recently my slow motion video is not working properly. Like after i shoot the video in slow motion, it hangs a lot, it stucks a lot. anyone facing this issue? and what can be done to resolve this issure???

Hey @Jackxperia5 I assume it\s just a camera glitch. You can try the below:

1-Restart the phone

2-Clear the phone's cached data (settings - storage - internal storage - free up space - press OK)

3-Clear the camera's cached data as well (settings - apps - camera app - clear cache & data) also click force stop

4-Force restart the phone (press power & volume+ at the same time)

Tried all this step and this didn't solve my problem.. later I found that the problem is with the Google photos app. It Is the app that makes the video stuck when I view the slow motion videos through that .. later I downloaded a different app called Google gallery, where the slow motion video plays as it should. So I'll contact Google photos app developer for further details.. I have latest Android as well as later Google photos apps installed . . Anyhow thanks a lot for the solution .. cheers 😊🥂
