Hi
When the display brightness is lowered, the color turns green. The effect is pronounced from 1/5 to the minimum brightness and affects mainly light shadows. The effect is more visible at 120Hz, so if I switch 60/120 in the menu, I immediately see the difference in the color of the interface field!
It does not depend on the mode settings (Creator / Standard).
I have done a hard reset and software restore through the Xperia Companion app. It did not help.
I went back to the store and compared it with the sample from the display case. On the right is my phone.
I've heard about similar problems with LED displays. But does it depend on the instance? Look at the photo
"Inspired by Master Monitor color reproduction from Sony’s professional technology, used in leading Hollywood studio productions, now you can experience unprecedented color accuracy with our new Creator mode "powered by CineAlta" to bring content to life exactly as it was envisioned."
Hmm
Is it possible to recognize this as sort of normal if:
1. The photo on the left is a normal specimen and the difference is visible.
2. Looked at how my wife's Samsung S20 works. ... Lowered display brightness, 60 Hz, 120 Hz ... All is well.
This will be a bad precedent.
Через три недели ожидания я получил ответ от Центра информации для клиентов Sony Xperia : "это допустимое отклонение в цветопередаче."
After three weeks of waiting, I received a response from the Sony Xperia Customer Information Center: "this is the permissible deviation in color reproduction"
I am obliged to report that I received a response from the service center. My smartphone has been repaired by reinstalling the software. When they bring it to me, I can check if it is
Unfortunately, nothing has been fixed 😫
Проблема не решена. Прошел месяц.
They deemed as normal? touch luck this is, mate.
It was a pretty expensive lottery ticket
My smartphone was found to be defective. Sony company promises to exchange it. Waiting ...
