Why my Xperia 5 in Asia Pacific (SEA) market still in Android 9 :(

Dear Sony,

I'm purschased my Xperia 5 dual sim from official Sony Vietnam store for 7 days agon,

Now I see Xperia 5 in almost market is up-to-update Android 10 with Jan or Mar.2020 security patch, as you can see it in Xperifirm as the attachment. But my Xperia 5 (Vietnam market, SEA region) still in Android 9.0 as build 55.0.11.25. 

Cuz I tried to update to Android 10 from another market, it's work but when do that then my mobile signal very weak, not good as when in SEA's firmware (Android 9), maybe due market optimize mobile networks. So I force back to official firmware (SEA region, Android 9) and wait for official update from Sony.

So I want to ask Sony that's why for so long update to Android 10 for our SEA region (and Vietnam market)?!

The best thing on Android 9 is Gcam, it's work fine ^^

Update came in today. And now the Album app crashing. Has Sony removed Album app just like Mail?
