Hi All,
I have returned my Xperia 5 and bundled headphones to Sony, they have returned the items to me and claimed that the Xperia 5 had scratches.
This is clearly not the case I checked the device upon it being returned, gave it a wipe down and it is in pristine condition with no scratches.
I seriously am very upset with how long this is taking and it is so unnecessary of Sony UK Mobile to drag it out like this when their is nothing wrong with the returned items.
I have asked for another returns slip but they have refused and will not take my side into consideration.
I am coming here for help if anyone can as this is becoming a joke now.
