Middle button at the bottom of my 5 II isn't working

My middle button at the bottom isn't working since yesterday.

It appears that there's a wider issue as other users seem to be having an issue too.

It's not a phone issue but a Sony issue if other users are having the same problem.

Please look into this and fix

can you clarify which button? is it the camera button? or the google assistant button?
