Today the new update arrives through build number 55.1.A.3.49 should fix the bugs of the previous firmware 55.1.A.0.748.

With Android 10, Battery usage in settings shows "Xperia wallpaper" separately when it drains battery. This was not visible on Android 9. The standard Xperia wallpaper is thus a huge battery drainer.  I suggest using a static wallpaper to save battery.

Just upgraded to 55.1.A.3.49 here in USA / NEW YORK. 

Fingerprint I think we might have to re register our prints for the most part it's working for me

My concern I added a saved ringtone to my messages app, which I've used for years and yet again with the new update thinking that might have fixed it but it has not. Still same I don't hear any ringtone in messages app 

Don't get a sound a from my custom ringtone, which is just a "beep" stock Android added sound "fluorine" I hear the sound.
