5 ii sound issues.

I recently upgraded to a 5ii and had an intermittent sound issue, of , loud crackling noise, when playing music / videos. It was resolved by rebooting the phone, Vodafone said yes it is a fault, sent another, now the replacement one does the same. What should I do ?

I've run the diagnostic check, and shows no faults

Thanks for all your help . The wireless earphones seem to have resolved the issue
