Disappointed Sony Xperia 10 Plus

I just bought the new experia 10 plus a few days ago (exactly 5 Dias ago), and already the phone doesn't work, the screen started to flicker and then it went blank  of I touch the screen you can feel the phone vibrating, tried to turn it off and it still doesn't work

That is just a malfunction, not a disappointing issue. You should send the phone to customer service for repairing.

If only this solution would correct the crackling audio issue in this 'media focused' phone. Sadly they are all the same, so a replacement will only go so far.
