Xperia 1 V - 4k60 - Video Stabilization

Is there a way to address to Sony a question, if they are planning to release some software update which will add EIS stabilization to video while recorded 4k60fps ? Currently there is only OIS working, adding EIS would improve video smoothness. Do not understand why other manufactures are able to implement it but we still don't have it in our Xperias.
