how to take screenshot/screen recorder on Sony Xperia 1

Can some please tell me how to screenshot/screenrecord on the Sony Xperia 1.

For the video recorder, you'll have to download one of the many apps on the Play Store.

To take a screenshot, it's power button + volume down simultaneously or hold the power button shortly and select Take Screenshot

If playing a game, you can open game enhancer and use the screen record option found in there.
