      <description>&lt;P&gt;Salve,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ho una TV Sony Bravia KD-65XF9005.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firmware aggionato a 66545&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android 8.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;L'app "TV Control Setup With Amazon Alexa" (versione 5.0.23.t) installato. Dopo aver funzionato per poco tempo si e' bloccato.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ho effettuato il reset completo della TV, ma l'app rimane bloccato con la scritta: " Caricamento in Corso".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qualcuno ha una soluzione?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Saluti, Arthur&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sembra più un non trovare il dispositivo alexa in rete. Forse ha iniziato a dare i problema perchè la device alexa si è magari aggiornata cambiando qualche parametro di accesso in rete. Ricontrolla tutto e rifai la prova.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Gia' riprovato varie volte.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alexa trova il device come Google Home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;La skill e' attiva ma non riesco a configurare nulla. E' l'app della TV che non risponde.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;E' possibile disinstallare l'app e poi reinstallare? Dal menu" App" l'opzione per disinstallare e' grigia (non attiva).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No mi dispiae le app preinstallate non si possono disinstallare e temo che quella di alexa sia come quelle preinstallate. Quello che puoi fare è terminarla e poi riavviarla per vedere se si ripristina. Puoi cancellare la cache dell'app e i dati e forse puoi anche disinstallare gli aggiornamenti se ci sono stati.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
