I am stiil unable to get the epg on my recorder although I have reset the programmes. Ican only record manually which is very annoying.Can you help please?

Ensure you have selected the Digital guide, not the analogue one that sometimes appears as default.

If you have already selected the correct option, then go to menu>system setup>easy setup and run it again but DO NOT run the analogue section.

Thank you for your help. ?I've got my epg back now and 118 channels but the picture is fuzzy. Tried running easy set up again but no improvement.

I know its obvious but make sure all the connections are tight. Is your HDMI lead tightly pushed in the correct ports? Is the aerial plugged in to the digital input and output?

Is the picture on the TV OK when not using the PVR?

You could always try running setup again, it wont do any harm and might fix it.

Digital TV should not be 'fuzzy' Its either there or not (or maybe 'blocky' but never fuzzy)
