Sony Hard Disc Drive/Freeview Recorder - NOT WORKING DUE TO UPDATE (19/20 July 2013)

Apparently, Sony have sent an update over the air which has stopped the devise from working e.g. no freeview channels. I found this out when I contacted Digital UK to ask why I have no channels on my Sony HDD recorder. They said that they have had 100's of people ringing today with the same problem and gave me a Sony UK helpline number which was only available during office hours Monday to Friday.

Look forward to a quick resolution from Sony UK.
