    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You mention deleting the previous settings, but have you actually factory reset it as there is a specific button for that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could also do a firmware update via CDR and also try also just powering off your router and then the turning it back on to see if that makes a difference?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Internet access failed signal on BDP S480 blue ray player!</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just bought the above from e-bay and connected to internet using ethernet cable (tested and working using another device) but keep getting the following messages&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"network error has occurred"&amp;nbsp; and "physical connection OK" but internet access failed" signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have deleted all previous inputs so back to actory setting!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG OR NOT YET DONE ?
