Firmware problem for bdps350

Hi - I recently updated my bluray player bdps350 with firmware update 24 - now it won't play many of my bluray discs - does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,

try doing a factory reset and see if its any better, there may be a glitch in the system.

Thanks for your response - in fact, I got a lens cleaner and that seemed to do the trick - discs that previously wouldn't play now do. However, just this week I tried to play the new Mission Impossible movie on bluray, and it won't play. I tried cleaning the lens again, and then I tried a factory reset through the on-screen menu, but it still won't play. Any ideas?
