HTC CT 390 not working

Hi everyone

I have a tv Bravia connected to a sound bar HT-CT390 which suddenly stopped working. No sound.

First, I tried a different HDMI cable. Second, I tried to reset the sound bar. I tried few times to switch the tv off and restart it. Still no sound. What do you suggest I should do, Is there a support number I can call to arrange a technician to come?
