All seemed well although the screen seemed a bit dark. Set the box to record three programmes for them. At weekend they tried to watch the programmes &amp; they had not recorded. They accessed the TV programme Guide to try to record another programme and programme "boxes" was blank. They changed the handset batteries today &amp; briefly had the guide but it has now disappeared. Any clues for me before I go round.
