SVR HDT500 / HDT1000 series record timers wiped

At some point this weekend, all the series recordings we had set up disappeared. Does anyone know what might have happened please?

Am also having problems with it not responding every now and again. The tv programme still displays ok but it won't respond to the remote to change channels or use the guide etc.

Any ideas?

I too have had this problem - nothing on playback apparently yet I know there should be. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated- thanks in advance

Hi there

Have you had a power outage or did you 'pull the plug' from the power socket etc? As from memory (I think) any interuption to power and the series recording timers return to 'blank'
