Set my tv Sony Bravia up today. BBC is fine itv channels all scrambling But on HD I can get itv Any ideas ? Or return the tv?

Contact the dealer who sold it to you.

Be prepared to answer some of the questions we would ask:-

What model is it?

Describe your aerial connection.

Did you have a previous TV on this connection where the SD itv channels worked OK?

Have you tried tuning it again?

Please better describe the ‘scrambling’, as these channels aren’t delivered scrambled.

You said BBC is OK and itv isn’t, but what about the rest of the near-one-hundred SD channels?

So had an aerial man come and the signal was good. No prob. He’s advised that when the picture goes all funny again to put another tv there and see if it happens with it . Bit of a hassle but that’s what we will do. The other TVs in the house are fine ! If it happens then it will just go back to currys and we will exchange for another make!

Sony did say it’s our signal not the tv!
