ITV hub not loading on KDL40WE663 TV

Since Friday 9/12/2022 I’ve not been able to load the itv hub. I select it and it says Loading and 30 seconds or so it just disappears.

I'm guessing it’s because of the new ITVx hub? I’ve checked the software is up to date, is there anything else I can do?

An Amazon Firestick or Roku Express is an inexpensive and convenient way to add itvX capability to your 2017 Freeview Play (i.e. non-Android) TV.
