Sony 77A80J - Signing in to iPlayer and other UK catch up Chanels

I have had my 77A80J for over a year now. When the catch up TV apps first appeared I had to sign in to each app / Chanel once only and it remembered my password for the next time. Something has changed and now I have to sign in every time. Does anyone know how to fix this.

Hi @Davwa99 Have you tried a soft reset, that is hold down the remote power button until Restart appears on the screen.

Yes I have tried a soft reset, also tried resetting the Sony catch up tv app.

Don't really want to do a factory reset of the TV if I can avoid it. That would involve redoing all the settings etc.

Finally did a fox Tory reset and re did all my TV settings and this fixed my sign in problem
