KD-55XE7002 turning off and on every few seconds

works for about an hour then turns off and on every few seconds. tried factory reset but did not fix the issue. Any suggestions?

With a bit of luck you are still within your 5 year warranty (if bought from a major retailer). I would contact Sony for support a.s.a.p.

Thanks for response.

out of warranty. Wondering if anyone else had similar problems and was there a solution other than bringing it to a repair centre
