HDMI 2 "dim" 32WD754

Hi folks,

We have normal bright images via the HDMI1 socket but a dim image via the USB2 socket.

We have switched cables and source units and the issue remains on the 2nd socket irrespective - your assistance would be appreciated.

Hi @sharkyphil and welcome to the community

It might be that you have different picture settings applied to each of the HDMI inputs. Could you please check the settings in the action menu?

Many thanks for your attempted guidance Cass. It could be the case that the two HDMI have different settings - assuming that such is even possible or, for that matter, that there is an action menu.

Suffice to say that I have not knowingly made any changes to such, and have no idea where an action menu may be found.

If you have the time, patience, and inclincation to shed more light on the matter then this would be appreciated.

Apologies @sharkyphil, I referred to the 'action menu' incorrectly.

Please select HOME > Settings.

Then select 'Standard' as the picture setting for all sources.
