This 4k non andriod model is supposed to upscale 1080 pictures but I do not see any difference in fact the picture on my Sony 1080 hd looks better

Does anyone know the best settings for this picture as the colour in the faces always seem to be yellowish or faint I have tried the vivid picture and the standard but the skin tone never seems right it is even worse when viewing through the sky box

Hi there

The TV will be upscaling the image otherwise the image displayed on your screen would be 4x smaller. Also you cannot improve detail that is not already in the image originally.
