apologies, is there a item code for this or is this solely the only one sony do and would this work for my tv

I do not have the documentation for the product item/code number unfortunately.

On the 4sony.co.uk site, if you do a compatibility check, it comes up with this:

If the item code number is crucial for you, I can escalate this thread to Sony Support for them to find out - however considering its the weekend soon, it will take a few days etc. Please say so if you do.

Hi there

The two remotes in question:

The RMF-TX100E is designed for Android TVs which includes an inbuilt microphone and button. The RMF-ED004 is build for 2014 Bravia TVs. As I have not tried either remote on each of those TVs, then I can only suggest that you stick to the RMF-ED004 remote control. Unless another forum member has done so and can confirm or deny compatibilty.

Also note the other buttons of 'Discover' and 'Options'
