Randomly green/pink screen

I've recently bought "XIAOMI 4K Mi Box H.265 Android TV 6.0 Set-top Box VP9"

The box works well except of randomly green/pink screen (see pic attached).

I have SONY bravia TV, Model KDL-46EX402.

I heard this is a common problem with these TV.

Is there a way to fix this problem before I take the device back to the store?

It is important to note that I've updated both the BOX and TV and tried to changed th HDMI cable.

Hi there

Ok, so you have changed the HDMI cable with no difference - have you tried a different port on the TV? Also ensure that the display output on the Mi Box is set correctly (i.e. 1080p etc)

Unfortunately your picture was not attached to your post.

Also, is the random pink/green screen only when you view the Mi Box?
