Hi I have a Sony KDL55w955bbu TV and its fantastic but i have an issue with the 3D. I have a few 3D films on my external hard drive and USB stick and when i load them onto the TV via USB the film works just that it loses pixels and lowers the definition extremely. to the point where it looks 360p. is there anything i can do for this to get the full HD quality.

Hi there

At first guess, I would have to say its the video files (ie resolution/bitrate etc). Try running these files through a program called "MediaInfo" : https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo

And see how they go. I have played 3D movies from an external HDD onto a 2013 TV (either full res, or side-by-side) and they work fine. However those file sizes can be large +30GB, so if your file size are relatively small, then it would be the files themselves and the compressions used).

But hard to make a judgement without more information.

Cheers
