topic BBC iplayer app not working in Other TVs

BBC iplayer app not working

I have a KD49X8505B and for the last few days the bbc iplayer app has refused to load. I have updated recently turned everything off and on several times, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Hi there

If you have already updated the TV to the latest firmware, try a couple of the following

Do other smart apps work OK? If not, its something with your network or setup. Check your network settings on the TV, to see if they are correct
Try a "Refresh Internet Content" from the network settings menu
If all else fails, try a "Factory Reset" of the TV, it quite often resolves a lot of problems/issues

I have tried resetting factory settings and reloading apps but BBC I-Player still often doesn't download because of content exceeding memory limit.
