Sony kdl 40w605b discovery mode

I have a sony kdl 40w605b tv , first time when I switch to Discovery function I have a preview to all the tv digital channel , now is only a pictogram like a medall for sport, a notbook for news, do you know how to switch back to channel preview? It any settings for that?

Hi there

I have had a look at the manual for there, cannot find anywhere that specifically states how to exit it (the imanual is just never comprehensive enough). However try pressing the [Options] button on the remote and see if there is an exit or whatever. If not, try simply unplugging the tv from the power socket for 2 mins (you never know).

I "ve power off the tv , even I reset to factory settings , in The options menu is nothing to hide or show the preview , only to hide or show the catgory (e.g. Digital , Analog, CAM ,Youtube). For exemple in the Youtube category or Football category the preview are shown but in the Digtial iti isn" t , only the pictogram with the generic of the bodcasting tv .

Hey,

Are you pressing up and down on the remote? It scrolls you through different options and services. I can see from your pictures that the football stuff is 7th down the list (see the small dots on the right of the banner) and the channel previews are 2nd in the list. Hope this helps.

yes i scrolled upn and down , they are 7 pages but not eith options , thae page are from the input : th 1st is from the search mode , 2nd for digital,3rd for analog, 4th radio,5th youtube, 6th usb,7th footbal

i really don" t know what happend , maybe this preview are send by the cable provider(less possible)

I have had a bit of a look into this, but unfortunately I dont have access to a 2014 tv to 'play' with. So I really dont know how to help or assist you on this one.

But I was cheking the option menu before there is no option for preview. 😞

I send to them photos but they said is nothing to do , I ask maybe the cable provider send this info and theay said to me that they don" t have any info about that

for me this case is closed
