topic Firmware Updates? in Other TVs

Firmware Updates?

I notice that firmware updates for my TV (KDL-46EX723) appear to have disappeared from the support website.

Any ideas as to why that might be? I know it's a fairly old set, but I'd have thought that they would continue to make the latest version available.

Yes you are correct - It seems that many of the firmware updates for 2011 TV's have disappeared off the new Support website.

I have reported the issue.

You are correct - Just tested a couple of other models that also had the same issue, and FW is there as well.
