Input Channel Info persists...

I have TV set up for Sky input on AV4. Input info is appearing in top left of screen, but does not go when channel selects. Have just moved house and set TV up again and this issue has just arisen. Any suggestions?

Hi there

Unfortantely I dont know your TV's model number, but on the TV's remote control, there should be an "i+ " button, try pressing that repeatedly (to cycle through other options) to turn it off.

If that doesnt work, please reply back with your TV's model number.
