KDL32D3000 Multicoloured Vertical lines covering screen

I have a KDL32D3000 Television produced in June 2007 which two weeks ago started have psychedelic red patches on the screen until the TV warmed up Last week this changed to multicoloured vertical lines covering the screen. Reading the blogs i find this is a common fault with Bravia Televisions made in 2007. I assume a board had a slight fracture in a circuit before the part failing completely.

Where can i get a replacement part to resolve this common fault. I cannot find any way to contact support other than to contact by a telephone number.
