Please help -- my Bravia is broken :-(

Hi all,

My Bravia TV has stopped functioning properly. The picture suddenly lost all the correct colourings and even the menus have lost their proper blue/yellow colours and the definition has completely disappeared from the picture too. The image looks like the sort of colours you might expect to see on a heat sensor (that seems to be the only way I can describe what's happened). It's blackened out and all the colours are muddled. What would cause this and how might I fix the problem? I'm not a happy bunny.

Hi QuirkyMissE, you didn't say what model Bravia you have or if it's still within guarantee but I suggest you contact Sony Support to arrange a repair - http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/repair

have you got a magnet near it as this will disturt the colour and picture
