      <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have the strdn 1040 and the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;KDL-50W656A tv i have them connected to each other via hdmi 1.4 but when i do a sync it comes up on the tv as there is no devices connected. Has any one had the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can I assume that you have connected them together using the HDMI1 ARC port on the TV?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It could be a handshake issue: Try turning both TV an DN1040 from the powerpoint on the wall.&amp;nbsp; Leave for 2 mins, switch on again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try clicking the "ENABLE" button on the TV, in HOME &amp;gt; EXTERNAL INPUTS &amp;gt; BRAVIA SYNC SETTINGS &amp;gt; BRAVIA SYNC DEVICE LIST&lt;/P&gt;
