Hi Sony community.

I have bought a KDL-42W805A TV some time ago. When I listen to radio channels on the TV, at first the screen goes all black as if it was turned off, though the music still plays. But after some seconds, the screen begins showing this screensaver with bubbles rising from the bottom to the top of the screen.
I want to ask, is there anyway to disable this screensaver, so that when playing music on the radio channels, the screen is turned off?

Hi there

Im not sure you can actually display a "blank" screen (well not on my TV anyhow). You can turn OFF the screensaver, but it will display radio channel information in the screen instead

Have a look through the ECO settings on the TV, such as the link below, and see if that will assist.
