Losing digital TV listings on KDL46W550

Hi,

I have a KDL46W550 which loses the digital TV listings very frequently. It shows a warning in red at the top of the schedule saying it has gone into standby mode but even when I ensure it doesn't go into standby, it still loses the listings several times a week. How can I stop it doing this, please? Do I have to turn the eco-save function off?

Hi,

I am sorry but water spillage is NEVER covered by the manufacturers warranty.

So the only you can do is call Sony support, get the unit picked up and checked, ask for q price quote and then decide to fix the unit or not :S
