Open the directory "C:\Program Files\InterVideo\DVDBD8\" . &lt;BR /&gt;2. Right-click the file "WinDVD.exe", choose "Properties", click "Details" tab.&lt;BR /&gt;3.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;:smileygrin: Hi friends,&lt;BR /&gt;           Well yesterday i got  a blu ray  to watch a movie...and since this was my first experience i was really very much excited about it ...but the excitement went wast when i insterted the blu Ray and Win BD starts and when i click Play.&lt;BR /&gt;          It does not do any thing and Hangs.........(says not Responding.)&lt;BR /&gt;now i tried to see the Content of the Blu Ray and it shows 40GB in in its property.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;well does Blu Ray not supported by Win BD .&lt;BR /&gt;i have a new Sony Vaio VGN FZ21Z.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;what could be the reason?any idea or suggestion.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thats really a  bad experience &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ba/html/@28BE23B0C20952FC3409403FD1AA84A7/images/smilies/056.png" alt=":cry:" title=":cry:" /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I dont know what to do .. can i down load some Blu ray player which will run this BluRay.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;shailendra&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
