It has a USB port, but I don't think it has a flash card slot.

Here is a breakdown on both products from the Sony.co.uk website

Tablet S

SD, SDHC memory card x1

Hi-Speed USB (USB 2.0) micro A/B connector (host/client support) x1

Tablet P

microSD, microSDHC memory card x1

Hi-Speed USB (USB 2.0) micro B connector x1

As for the max memory sizes it supports, nothing yet so on that front, I would recommend waiting until they are launched. Hope that helps.
