My laptop refuses to power-up. The green light is on under the power button, an amber light is flashing under the battery1 symbol but nothing is happening. If I hold down the power button the lights for the number lock, caps lock and scroll lock, light up but then go off. I hear a whirring sound as though it is going to power-up, but then nothing happens! HELP. Press and hold down the power button for over 30 seconds. then reconnect the battery and power supply.
