Hi my friend i have the SONY VAIO VGN-FS215B and have put out many times the keys. the models are very similar and u ll not have any problem. I am not good in describing but I will try . As you are looking to the keyboard start for example from the key with the right arrow, which is placed in the right down corner of the keyboard. As you are looking it is like a (square) . You will go on the [top right] corner of the (square) and with your nail of your first finger of your right hand try to pull it out softly BUT take care (try to feel the motion and the try to listen the unlocking of the right top claw). Now do the same in the top left corner of the same (square) . Now logical u did the first unlocking of the easiest key :P. Try with the others keys but TAKE CARE the key of shift has to give extra attention because has extra metallic claws, ALSO take care the key of right arrow as I describe to u is going out of the top side to the down side and for its locking u will place it carefully by placing first the down side of the (SQUARE) AND AFTER THE TOP and in the end apply a small shear force to lock it in its base. But other keys like the right control (ctrl) are going out from the right up and down corners to left corners. Finally when u put out your first key try to place it carefully if u can do it then continue your cleaning And also try to feel the sounds of the clicks !!! I can help you more good luck and has respect in the order of the keys all the best with ur cleaning
