Volume Buttons have Stopped Working

Hi,
I have logged on today and the Volume Buttons on my VAIO have stopped working, these are the buttons between the mute button and the S1 S2 shortkeys, the mute button and S1 and S2 still work but not the - + Volume buttons,

Any Advice would be welcome.

Hi Cridler,

Welcome to Club vaio,

Download the Preinstalled Utilities for your Vaio from Vaio-Link, once downloaded extract and then install the following, in order.

1 Sony Utilities
2 Sony Shared Library
3 Vaio Event Service

Once completed then re-boot your vaio.

You may have to do this more than once..:smileywink:

I've had this problem for a couple of weeks and this sorted it out.
