Hi nellmad,

Welcome to Club Vaio,

I suspect that you only have one hard drive on your Vaio that has been partitioned into C: & 😧

If you goto Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > Administrative Tools > Computer Management.

A new window should open, then click on Disk Management in the storage section, you should now see how many Disc's (hard drives) you have and how they are partitioned..

If you open 😧 from My Computer are you able to create a folder..?

The D drive can be used for any purpose, but it may be a good idea to use this partition to store data, etc. such as your documents. You can move your My Documents folder to D by following this guide.
