I opened a restored to factory settings machine and continued to load my usual software and hardware coming unstuck at the Microsoft Service Pack 2. I found support on this forum regarding the Yamaha sound card where I installed the latest driver. I have however come unstuck regarding the internal bluetooth. When I switch it on the screen just pulses and an error box appears stating that I cannot switch the bluetooth power on as this causes errors.
