I am trying to upgrade using the links from the viao homepage in the uk and i can see from the sony vista site that the upgrade is now available but the link does not work anyone else having this problem

i have the same problem with zou and dont know how to go about it, lets hope someone sort us out or the site works,

Hi all,

As the website from Microsoft is being hosted in Asia, they are experiencing some techinical issue with internet and telephone lines in Asia after the Earthquake in Taiwan earlier this week. They are working on it to improve speed ASAP. In the meantime they have rerouted the lines and we should have a connection again (although not as fast as we wanted) but line quality will improve every day.

Be prepared for problems and make a note of this number 00800 666 44 666, its the number of the Vista Upgrade centre. Good luck
