Remote control vaio from phone

HI,

i was wondering if there was a way to remote control a vaio using my Sony W850i phone which has a remote control desktop button in the bluetooth section of the phone. Any ideas please?

Please anyone, i mean sony phone must be able to connect to a sony laptop?!?!?!?

I think you would need some Symbian software, but as I have no idea about Symbian OS I can't help you much

Hello, try this

1. Use a bluetooth adapter and get this working with your phone and laptop first, ie you can pair and send files to each other

2. Use sonyericsson software from their website

or

3. Find 'HID' files and transfer them to your phones other folder and click and allow phone to install this. It should then work to control what the hid file describes, you can actually create this by using sony's development tools
